Refund Policy

1. Scope and Operator
This policy applies to direct purchases of PickTime paid subscriptions and related digital services made on our website from Chengdu Sili Technology Co., Ltd., with Paddle acting as Merchant of Record for those web transactions.
If you purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play, the refund and cancellation rules of that store apply to that transaction.
2. 14-Day Refund Window
For direct website purchases processed by Paddle, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the transaction date.
We do not apply additional eligibility conditions or usage thresholds to that 14-day window.
3. Renewals and Cancellations
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. To avoid the next charge, you must cancel before the next billing date through the same billing channel you used to subscribe.
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not itself submit a refund request. If you want a refund for a direct website purchase, submit the request within the 14-day period described above.
4. How to Request a Refund
For direct website purchases, contact us or Paddle Support and include the purchase email address, transaction or receipt identifier, purchase date, and reason for the request.
If your purchase was made through Apple App Store or Google Play, submit the refund request through the applicable store's refund flow.
5. Refund Processing and Statutory Rights
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever possible. Your bank or payment provider may take additional business days to post the refund.
This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.
